Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We urge you to inspect your package before signing for it. If you notice any damages on the shipping package, you should bring it to the attention of the courier immediately. If you received your order damaged, please contact the courier office to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods when filing a claim has become necessary. We always pay to have your packages fully insured with the courier company.
Jewellery Palace is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, however we would like to know of any issues. We work with only highly reputable companies and in the unlikely event of an issue we will definitely work to make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We cannot accept returns on items that have been shipped to Trinidad & Tobago. The website will not facilitate any return, refund, or exchange on items that have reached into the country or region of Trinidad & Tobago. Please visit our Partner Company for help within Trinidad & Tobago.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
